According to the Power Controller, Kashmir province, in order to carry out laying and stringing of panther conductor Habak-Hazratbal line the power supply to the areas fed from the Receiving Stations of Habak Hazratbal, Lalbazar and Bagwanpora shall remain affected on February 28, from 10.30 am to 4.00 pm.
