Srinagar:    Former Joint Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya, Samiti, Ministry of HRD Kaneez Fatima on Tuesday joined National Conference (NC) in Srinagar. Fatima joined the party in presence of NC vice president Omar Abdullah at his Gupkar residence in Srinagar.
