District authorities of srinagar on thrusday evening issued an order denying permission to the 8th Moharram procession slated for Friday from Guru bazaar to Dalgate. Earlier divisional commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan said that there would be no ban on Moharram processions in kashmir valley.
