It was a night of clashes and protests at Radwani
At least dozen of youth were injured and hospitalised on Tuesday after a night long clashes at Radwani bala village of Kulgam. Reports said that hundreds of villagers including women and children came out from thier houses at midnight when government forces were laying the cordon. Reports said that clashes erupted amid cordon and search operation and people broke the cordon twice to allow militants to escape from the area. Government forces used pellets and fired tearsmoke shells to disperse protests and locals on telephone said that the village is still filled with tearsmoke.
In the morning when government forces lifted the siege, locals were able to take the injured youth to hospitals.latest reports said that 4 youth with pellet injuries in thier eyes were brought to SMHS hospital and were undergoing treatment.
Latest reports said that clashes erupted again in Radwani and adjacent areas in protest against the excessive use of force by the government forces.reports said that CRPF thrashed villagers after they came under grenade attack .
