BJP Announces its Candidate for Ladakh Lok Sabha Seat
SRINAGAR: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced Tashi Gyalson as its candidate for the Ladakh Lok Sabha seat on Tuesday. Tashi Gyalson, a senior leader, will contest the 2024 Lok Sabha polls from the Ladakh constituency.
Tashi Gyalson’s candidature was announced by the BJP’s Chief Election Committee on Tuesday as the party unveiled its 14th list of candidates for the Lok Sabha polls.
The Lok Sabha polls for the Ladakh seat are scheduled to be held in the 5th phase on May 20.
Tashi is currently serving as the Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council—(KNO).
