Kangan shutdown enters fifth straight day
Kangan town and it’s adjacent areas are observing mourning strike for fifth running day on Saturday demanding dismissal of the accused cop who allegedly killed Gowher during protests in the area against the shopian killings.
Authorities on Friday imposed curfew to prevent protests and violence in kangan. Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti announced that the cop accused in killing of Gowher would be punished under law.she condoled with the family of Gowher and spent half an hour with the family.
