Budget session begins,Mehbooba advocates dialouge.

The Jammu and Kashmir legislature Budget Session that began on Tuesday in Jammu city, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti through her tweet said that “dialogue is the core of a strong and vibrant parliamentary democracy”.
“I firmly believe that dialogue is the core of a vibrant parliamentary democracy. Looking forward to a fructuous winter session of the J&k assembly,” Mehbooba tweeted.
It’s pertinent to mention that the opposition parties NC and Congress on Tuesday Morning staged a protest and walked out from the assembly.
