PDP to elect its president on December 2
According to official website of PDP, the party will elect its president on December 2 at Banquet Hall of Jammu. Presently Mehbooba Mufti is holding the post.Recently opposition National Conference elected Farooq Abdullah as its president. His son Omer Abdullah is working president. It is alawys foregone conclusion that either of the abullas can head the party.
Similarly in PDP the party can be headed by any member of Mufti family. Mehbooba Mufti has been toying with idea of making her brother Tasaduq Mufti as party president. Currently he is working in shadows for making the administration response to public.
