Massive protests erupt in Handwara against fake encounter
Massive protests have erupted in Tarathpora and adjacent villages after locals claimed that army killed young boy of village in a fake encounter yesterday. According to locals one youth of thier village identified as shabir son of Bashir Ahmad Mir went missing and same boy was allegedly killed by army in fake enounter in nearby forests,
Army has said that they killed one militant in the forests of Handwara but locals claim that he was the missing boy of thier village.as the protests are swelling in the area government has yet to come out with thier version about this controversial encounter.
