SRINAGAR, MAY 9: Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has felicitated people of the State on the occasion of Buddha Purnima, the birthday of Lord Budha. In his message of felicitations, the Governor described Lord Buddha as an apostle of peace whose message of ahimsa and non-violence assumes much greater relevance today when the world is faced with growing intolerance, violence and terrorism. The Governor prayed for the well-being of the people of the State.
