SKIMS Appoints Nodal Officers to Streamline VIP Patient Care
Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, has designated two officers to ensure smooth and hassle-free medical assistance for patients referred from top government offices, an official order issued by the institute said.
According to an order issued by SKIMS, Dr Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Professor in the Department of General Medicine, has been assigned to facilitate patients referred from the offices of the Lieutenant Governor, Chief Minister, and Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
The order further states that Dr Qazi Mudasir Javeid, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon at the Skill Development Centre and Veterinary Lab SKIMS, will assist Dr Fayaz Ahmad Bhat in ensuring coordinated support and timely treatment for such patients.
The decision has been taken in continuation of a previous office order issued on July 25. (KNC)
