Pedestrian Dies in South Kashmir Road Accident
SRINAGAR: An elderly man lost his life in a road accident in the Pahalgam area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday.
An official said that an accident took place at Batakot Pahalgam Anantnag when a vehicle winger bearing registration number JK01F/1737 hit one pedestrian who received critical injuries.He said that the injured person identified as Gh Qadir Wani (60), son of Gh Rasool Wani was shifted to SDH Seer where he succumbed to injuries.
He added that a case has been registered while further investigation has been taken up.(KS)
