2 Lakh People Set to Attend PM Modi’s Rally in Kashmir : Ravinder Raina

Srinagar, Mar 04: The J&K Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president, Ravinder Raina on Monday said that around 2 lakh people are set to attend Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Kashmir this week.

Speaking to the media in summer capital Srinagar, Raina as per news agency Kashmir Scroll expressed that the people of Kashmir are filled with excitement, joy, and happiness ahead of the Prime Minister’s visit to Kashmir after the Abrogation of Article 370.

Raina stated that the mega rally is scheduled to take place at Bakshi stadium in Srinagar, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the crowd. Approximately 2 lakh people are expected to participate in the event.

Meanwhile sources told news agency Kashmir Scroll that the people of Kashmir are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to see and hear Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit on 7th March.

Sources have revealed that during his visit, the Prime Minister will be launching various schemes and interacting with beneficiaries of welfare programs in the region.

The public rally in Kashmir is of significant importance as it marks the beginning of the election campaign for the Bharatiya Janata Party for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in the Kashmir valley sources further added. (KS)
