Zero complications
In the recently held health camps across Kashmir valley, hundreds of surgeries were conducted without any complications.
Divisional Commissioner Kashmir while hailing the health department and other wings said that these surgeries were a great success not only in numbers which we achieved during this Mega Health Camp but there were zero complications which is a proud moment for all of us and described the quality of work performed by the Surgeons of Rotary Club India.
On the occasion, Lt Governor had interacted with patients who had availed the benefit of free Health Camp and had also appreciated the medical fraternity, and members of Rotary International for keeping human service paramount to build a healthy society.
All these surgeries were done free of cost under AB PMJAY Scheme (Golden Card) and no out of pocket expenditure was spent by the beneficiaries at all.
This Mega Health Camp established a bond between local doctors and Rotary specialists who worked together to achieve the feat of success.
In these health camps prominent specialists have conducted these surgeries and people have thanked the government for such efforts.
More mega health camps are going to be established along with rotary specialists and the common people will not have to spend any money from their pockets.
