Vice President of Ganderbal Municipal Council resigns

In an apparent bid to stop being removed by the councilors, the Vice President of Ganderbal Municipal Council resigned and his resignation has been accepted.
According to the order issued by Chief Executive Officer Municipal Council Ganderbal with number 4615/22 dated 14/02/2022. It has said that resignation of Vice President Jeelani Ahmad Mir has been accepted by the president of the council and it has been now forwarded to the office of the president for the necessary action.
The order mentions that no confidence motion was moved by the councilors against the Vice President and after his resignation the matter has been settled.
