Police arrest four persons for illegal clay extraction

Budgam police has said that they will not allow illegal extraction of sand and boulders from various nallahs in the district. Budgam Police on Sunday said that they have arrested four persons for illegal transportation of clay and have also seized vehicles in this connection.
According to KNT while reporting about the arrests and seizer of vehicles, they have said on Sunday in its news report as follows.
The Jammu and Kashmir police on Sunday said that it has arrested four persons involved in illegal excavation and transportation of clay and in central Kashmir Budgam district.
Taking to micro blogging site Twitter, Budgam Police said that they have arrested 04 persons for illegal excavation and transportation of clay and 01 JCB and 03 tippers also Seized.
Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Budgam and further investigation was going on.
