J&K Resident Commission observes “Vigilance Awareness Week”
NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 27: The Jammu and Kashmir Resident Commission, New Delhi, is observing “Vigilance Awareness Week” with theme “Independent India at 75; Self- Reliance with Integrity “.
Additional Secretary and Departmental Vigilance Officer, New Delhi, Rimpy Ohri, administered integrity pledge to officers and staff of the Resident Commission. She said that this awareness week campaign affirms our commitment to promote transparency, accountability in public life through citizen participation.
Additional Resident Commissioner, Niraj Kumar, emphasized that corruption has been one of the major obstacles to economic, political and social progress of the country and such events can play a great role towards eradicating this menace.
