Frisking intensified on Saturday in Srinagar and civil lines

Police and security forces were frisking all the vehicles especially the bike riders and were checking all the vehicles coming into the Srinagar city on Saturday ahead of August 15.
All the vehicles were being stopped at different checking points in Srinagar especially in the civil lines area as the police were checking the ID cards and also the vehicle documents.
The traffic was thin on all the roads of Srinagar city especially in the civil lines area as the police and paramilitary forces were deployed in strength at all the sensitive places and around the all the sensitive installations.
