Mass vaccination Melas held in Srinagar

In order to accelerate the process of vaccination in Srinagar district the officers concerned have started holding mass vaccination Melas at different locations across the district.
These vaccination programs were held in Srinagar for the age group of 45 and above, officials said.
“The vaccination sites were set up at Panthachowk, Batamaloo and Pratap Park where all people of age group of 45 and above can come and take the vaccine dose,” officials in Srinagar said.
It is in place to mention that the vaccination process was slowed down in the past few weeks as the UT administration was waiting for the bulk of the vaccine to reach here so that the vaccination program could pick up pace.
