Functioning of two chief secretaries in Jammu and Kashmir evoke political reactions

Social media platforms in Jammu and Kashmir are abuzz with the rumors that the outgoing chief secretary is refusing to leave his room and functioning while the new chief secretary Arun Kumar Mehta is still functioning from his earlier financial commissioner room.
Omar Abdullah on Tuesday questioned if there are two chief secretaries in Jammu and Kashmir. He said in his tweet that it will be a sign of good governance Omar Abdullah in his tweet said, “Two chief secretaries in J&K, an administration split between loyalists of the outgoing CS & others who want to get on with their work but can’t figure out what’s going on. So much for good governance & accountability”.
Earlier Omar Abdullah and Sajad Gani Lone have described the outgoing chief secretary BVR Subrahmanyam as a selfish person promoting himself by showing that he is humiliating people of Kashmir.
Sajad Lone has described him as the darkest person in the darkest hours of Kashmir history.
The bureaucracy of Jammu and Kashmir which is known to be pro chief secretary is finding itself being stretched between the two chief secretaries and not knowing who is going to stay.
