Problems are becoming more and more visible with each passing day about the growing covid positive cases and about the problems being faced by many covid positive cases in their home.

There is scarcity of oxygen cylinders while the social organizations and NGOs who have been working selflessly on the ground are also not having any oxygen cylinders left in their stores.

Amid such crisis, JK high court has intervened recently in this matter and have directed the government to ensure oxygen supply to the private outlets also besides to the hospitals of the government.

The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has directed the administration to nominate an adequate number of nodal officers to ensure oxygen supply to patients undergoing treatment at home. Thousands of patients who have tested positive to covid-19 at this point of time are under home quarantine and getting treatment at home.

They have eased the burden on the government hospitals by treating themselves at home. JK high court has intervened in this matter and the government should respond positively so that these thousands of patients get the required oxygen supply for their treatment at home.
