In the main city of Lal Chowk especially around the clock tower Police and security forces create barricades and were not allowing vehicular movement from that place by the people due to the steep rise in COVID-19 cases.
Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha tweeted on Saturday about the covid curfew of 34 hours as an effort to break the chain of new wave in Kashmir Valley especially in Srinagar city.
