Corona curfew in J&K UT from tonight till Monday morning
Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory (UT) administration has decided to impose complete corona curfew from Saturday night till Monday morning, officials said.
They said a complete corona curfew to be observed in the Union Territory from 2000 hrs tonight till 0600 hrs on Monday.
However, essential and emergency services to be allowed, the said adding all market, commercial institutions will remain closed in the UT.
This step has been taken to prevent further spread of COVID-19 in the UT where on Friday informed that 1937 new positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19),846 from Jammu division and 1091 from Kashmir division, have been reported today, thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 156344.Also 19 COVID-19 deaths have been reported, 13 from Jammu Division and 06 from Kashmir Division.
