Dubai in picture
India and Pakistan have been talking in past also in various foreign countries especially their top intelligence officers in order to hammer out some solution to their problems and to resolve the issues.
The latest in the picture is Dubai as the UAE government especially its foreign minister has played the host to broker the fresh ceasefire agreement between New Delhi and Islamabad.
News gathering agency Reuters in its report has claimed that Officials from India’s Research and Analysis Wing, the external spy agency, and Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence travelled to Dubai for a meeting facilitated by the United Arab Emirates government.
Pakistani analysts have talked to Reuters and have claimed that Indian and Pakistan intelligence officials had been meeting for several months in third countries.
There were many media reports earlier which suggested that UAE government has been very active not only to the deescalate tension between India and Pakistan but to bring them on table so that they talk all the issues including Kashmir.
Although the talks between India and Pakistan are going on in a secret manner according to these news reports but there is not claim from New Delhi about such talks.
