Social gatherings limited, 11th exam postponed

In view of growing covid cases, the government has limited the social gatherings to hundred and have also decided to postpone the 11th class examination besides taking other measures like supply chain of hospital oxygen supply in order to fight the growing cases.
There has been a lot of alert announced by the government including announcing the Kathua district’s Lakhanpur post as a red zone and all the people are being tested before being allowed to enter Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the KNO reporting about the fresh measures taken by the government about the combat measures to fight the growing cases, authorities have postponed the 11th examination being conducted by J-K Board of School Education and also put a ceiling on gatherings and functions, limiting the number of people to 100.
“In view of COVID-19, class 11th exams have been postponed,” reads a tweet by Lieutenant General Manoj Sinha’s office.
“There will also be a ceiling on gatherings and functions restricting to 100 persons from earlier 200,” the tweet added.
