Magnitude 7.2 Earthquake Strikes Japan
A magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck Japan’s capital on Saturday, officials at the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said.
According to the USGS, the quake was centred 34 kilometres (21 miles) east of Ishinomaki, Japan at a depth of 60 kilometres (37 miles).
