Much to the relief of Mehbooba Mufti Delhi High Court on Wednesday gave relief when it asked the Enforcement Directorate not to press for her personal presence in the case as she was summoned by the Directorate to appear on March 15 at New Delhi office.

The court according to the daughter of Mehbooba Mufti has given an interim stay on summons issued by the Enforcement Directorate to her.

The matter came up for hearing before a division bench of Justices Siddharth Mridul and Hairam Bhambhani, news agency PTI reported. It said the court asked the ED to not press for her personal appearance and posted the matter for March 19.
