There has been an increase in the covid-19 cases and the graph is rising. Although Srinagar district magistrate has already taken a number of steps. In view of the fresh covid-19 spike, but doctors, experts and parents have warned that lack of Sop’s at different coaching centers in different parts of the city could prove super spreaders of the new wave of covid-19.

“Thousands of boys and girls, are getting education in the compact rooms which are full of students in these private coaching institutes and there is no social distancing and other Sop’s set by the government before giving them permission to reopen these institutes” said one of the parents who has stopped sending his daughter to one of these institutes.

Reports of different hospitals of Srinagar along with private nursing homes suggest that basic Sop’s are being violated by both attendants and hospital authorities making all those visitors vulnerable to this infection who come to see the patients.
