New white blanket on Monday morning in Srinagar

When people woke up on Monday, fresh snowfall though of very low intensity had covered roads in white. Boulevard road of Srinagar was having a white blanket over it with only one vehicle trying to negotiate its way.
There was a breath taking view on Dal Lake as the icy crest was covered in white by this fresh snowfall of Monday. The Chinar garden locally known as Boni Bagh near Dalgate was a perfect picture of a postcard.
People are waiting for the chill to come down from its earlier levels and today’s snow is an indication of that.
