Ganderbal girl get national gold medal in power lifting

Arifa Bilal, a known fitness freak has won gold medal in national power lifting. In a recent national-level competition of power lifting in Haryana, Arifa Bilal get gold medal much to the delight of her family members and well wishers of Ganderbal.
According to the officials connected with sports activities she is the first female from Jammu and Kashmir who got a gold medal in national power lifting. Arifa is a student of Government Degree College Ganderbal and was having lot of inclination for the sports activities from her childhood.
While talking to Voice of Valley Arifa said that she is running a gym centre in Ganderbal and is training lot of girls in different activities including guiding them to be physically fit.
She further said that even being in NCC activities while being student of the college, she has received many appreciation awards. Her family is proud of her achievements her mother Habla Bano told media that Arifa has made them proud and they are looking forward for her more achievements in the field.
