SMC conducts market checking in Srinagar
On the directions of Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation Mr Gazanfar Ali, Enforcement Team of SMC conducted market checking to check the rate lists of various food items including vegetables and other stuff.
The team visited many areas including Lal Chowk, Jahangir Chowk, Hari Singh High Street, Maharaja Bazar, Sarai Bala and even realized fine from violators.
The SMC team asked the vegetable sellers, food establishments and bakery shops to maintain proper standards of hygiene and also asked food handlers to wear proper head gears and take other necessary measures while handling and serving food to people.(KNT)
