Wine shop of Boulevard create traffic jam

With snowfall creating slippery conditions on major roads of Srinagar including Boulevard road, traffic jams and mishaps have become routine. But the traffic jam on Boulevard road has another reason also, there has been a bee line of vehicles outside the wine shop.
Police and authorities have failed to regulate traffic near the wine shop, forcing people to remain stranded in their vehicles for hours. Throughout the day till this report is being filed, traffic jam in Boulevard road is far from over.
People of Dalgate and adjacent areas have protested many times in past asking for closing of this wine shop on this main road of Boulevard.
