Waheed Parra wins from jail Mehbooba tweets

Although BJP has won 3 DDC seats in kashmir valley, Waheed Parra has won from Pulwama. Waheed Parra was arrested by the central agency in a Hizb related case on the evening when he filed his nomination papers for DDC elections.
Mehbooba Mufti went to Pulwama and asked people to vote for him and tweeted for his victory. Mehbooba Mufti in her tweet said, “Couldn’t be prouder of PDPs para wahid who won his maiden election by a huge margin of votes. Despite being arrested on baseless charges right after filing his nomination people have shown their love & trust for Waheed. Hope justice prevails”.
