Polling starts picking up in Drugmulla segment of Kupwara

In the fourth phase of DDC elections, voting has starting picking up in Drugmulla segment of Kupwara in early morning. While in Qazipora Payeen polling booth there was little activity due to the morning chill, but on the other polling booths long queues of people were standing in spite of harsh winter to cast their vote.
