In memory of Diego Maradona a friendly football match was conducted under flood lights in synthetic turf of polo view. Kashmir has lot of connections with football and many players from Srinagar have made a mark at national and international level. Diego Maradona was favorite footballer and inspiration for many young football players of Srinagar.
In order to pay their tribute to the football legend they conducted this friendly football match under flood lights on Saturday evening. From “In Shaa Allah Football” to Foreign coaches, this game has remained one of the favorite games in Kashmir and from Srinagar many youth even in pandemic have been practicing football with all zeal.
