Changing weather on Monday afternoon in Srinagar

After a dry spell of a few months, Kashmir valley witnessed snowfall in the higher reaches and rains in the plains in the past few days. Gulmarg witnessed the first snowfall of the season bringing hope and cheers among the locals that they may see some tourist footfall in the current winter.Kashmir is almost cleaned by nature as this rainfall has not only bathed the big Chinar trees in Kashmir but also the roads which were full of dust due to the dry season of a few months.
On The Bund near Polo View, this Monday afternoon, the clear sky was looking fabulous with the Bund Masjid beneath.
