Delhi Capitals beat CSK by 44 runs
Dubai: Delhi Capitals beat Chennai Super Kings by 44 runs to register their second consecutive win in the Indian Premier League. Sent in to bat, DC made 175/3 as opener Prithvi Shaw smashed 64 off 43 balls. Shaw’s innings had nine fours and a six as he added 94 for the first wicket with Shikhar Dhawan (35 off 27 balls). DC then restricted CSK to 131/7, with Kagiso Rabada picking up three wickets. Faf du Plessis continued his scoring touch with a 43 as he climbed to the top of the season’s scoring chart with 173 runs.
