BJP workers not sparing even graveyards, allege villagers of Ganderbal

There has been simmering resentment resulting in protests in Kitchpora village in Kangan as protests broke out against BJP workers of this area who were trying to get a road from the local graveyard to his newly purchased along with his supporters.
People of Kitchpora village in Kangan area of District Ganderbal are up in arms against a Bhartiya Janta Party worker who according to them tried to grab the land of local graveyard to pave the way for link road towards a land purchased by him and others.
Locals told the media that Ghulam Qadir a local BJP worker from the village in past few days with the help of support of above tried to make a road from the local graveyard which was resisted by the villagers. People of of area have appealed LG Manoj Sinha to intervene and direct the administration not to allow such elements to go for land grabbing to such an extent that they are not even sparing the Muslim graveyards.
According to the villagers, the said person appeared with security guards and began to pave the link road by using JCB. Though, the police swung into action immediately after complaint of people, seized the JCB and arrested the erring worker after lodging FIR against him, but people are demanding stern action against him.
They have demanded BJP to come clean on this issue and expel such criminal elements from the party. Villagers said that many people with such criminal activities have joined BJP in the recent past in Ganderbal to go for their illegal activities.
