Two notorious drug peddlers arrested in Srinagar: Police
Srinagar, June 03 (KNS) Srinagar Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested two notorious drug peddlers along with drugs.
A police statement issued to KNS reads, in its continuous offensive against menace of drug abuse under the command of SSP Srinagar, Srinagar police continues its war against drugs.
Police Station Kralkhud Srinagar during naka checking at SRTC bridge Srinagar held two drug peddlers and have been identified as, Feroz Ahmad Khanda and Tahir Ahmad Khanday with 27 bottles of codeine .
In this connection a case FIR No. 19/2020 U/S 8/22 of NDPS Act stands registered in Police Station Kralkhud and further investigation is going on.
The Srinagar Police will continue its offensive against the drug peddlers/Dealers in order to save the young generation from the menace of drug abuse.
