The app was launched by Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary on May 13, 2020. The App is optimized for 2G Network and works smooth on 2G. Shoppers can purchase the routine household products online and get it delivered same day. We are getting amazing feedback and encouragement from the shoppers. We are getting new as well as repeated orders and the demand is very promising, one of the owners said. He further said we are adhering to the highest standards of safety to ensure our customers remains safe while having a delightful experience of getting essentials at the doorsteps within the shortest possible time. When asked about the product range available, Currently we have around 500 products and we are adding new products every day. A dedicated team is analyzing shoppers demand and keeps on adding new products every day.
SAHARMALL has a full-fledged call center in place (which can handle multiple calls from shoppers simultaneously) where customer can place their orders in case of internet gag. About Same day delivery he said “we have adequate manpower available and we make sure to deliver the order same day if placed in business working hours. We have delivered around 90% orders same day so far.
