Kupwara is emerging as new hotspot of COVID-19

Kupwara police has registered a case against a 23 year old youth who had hidden history to Delhi as he tested positive after he was freely roaming about in his area and even played several cricket matches.
Reports said that all his family member, neighbors and friends have been shifted to quarantine isolation centers as their tests were awaited. The district authorities of Kupwara have appealed the people not to hide their travel history and report to the authorities about their arrival back to villages.
District authorities of Kupwara has said that they have registered a cases against all such individuals and they can imprisonment up to six months for endangering the lives of people. Already authorities have declared Muqam Shahwali and its adjacent villages as the containment area and lot of people have been kept under quarantine in homes and isolation centers. Several more who were contact with this positive patient of Kupwara have tested positive today reports said.
The youth has emerged now as a super spreader of COVID-19 in Kupwara area and authorities were trying to trace all his contacts as he was freely moving his several localities for the past two weeks.
