2 Army men, injured in Pulwama IED attack, succumb to injuries
Srinagar : Two army men who were injured in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast at Arihal village in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday, succumbed to injuries on Tuesday morning.
Srinagar-based defence spokesperson Col Rajesh Kalia said in a statement: “Two soldiers, brought to the hospital with severe contusions/concussions, have succumbed to their injuries while undergoing treatment in 92 Base Hospital. We deeply mourn the demise of our bravehearts.”
On Monday at least nine army men and two civilians were injured in an IED blast at Arihal village of Pulwama.
