Forces launch CASO after suspected movement of militants in Pulwama
Srinagar: Government forces on Monday afternoon launched a massive cordon-and-search operation (CASO) in Rahmoo village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Quoting reports, news agency GNS said a joint team of army’s 53 RR, SOG and 182,183 battalions of CRPF launched a CASO in Bagath Mohalla and Dangerpora in Rahmoo village.
Reports said that additional reinforcements of army have been rushed to the area.
A police officer said that operation was launched in the area following the inputs about the movement of suspected militants.
