Encounter starts at Turigam
Srinagar: According to the reports reaching to Srinagar, security forces have cordoned off Turigam village of Kulgam after having inputs about the presence of militants. As the army and security forces have started laying the cordon of the village there is lot of panic and protests. There are some reports that gunfight has started, police has said that they have no further information about the encounter
