Kulgham encounter going on say police
Police said on Sunday that in wee hours army along with SOG wing of Jammu and Kashmir state police zeroed in on inputs about the presence of militants in Kelham village of devsar. Reports said that encounter was going on till this report was being filed. More details are awaited.
