J&K Bank employees protest in Srinagar against SAC decision
Srinagar : Employees of Jammu and Kashmir Bank on Thursday staged a protest in Srinagar to demand rollback of the decision of the state administrative council (SAC) to turn the bank into a public sector undertaking (PSU).
The call for protests was issued by All India J&K Bank officers Federation on Wednesday.
Reports said that dozens of employees assembled at the corporate headquarters of the bank on MA road in Srinagar and staged a protest demonstration.
