Central Government under Prime Minister Narindra Modi has tried to concentrate on visible development in Kashmir Valley rather than doing `any investment in separatists’.

Hurriyat Conference both factions and Yaseen Malik in the past four years have not been allowed to have any contact with public and have been kept under house arrests for most of the time.
