Hizb distances itself from threatening posters
Srinagar : Hizb-ul-Mujahideen on Saturday distanced itself from the threatening posters against the locals from Hajin area, terming it as ‘a ploy of Indian agencies’.
In an e-mailed statement issued to KNS, Hizb operational spokesman, Burhan-ud-din said that “the Indian agencies are using an ugly game by threatening the locals by using the name of the outfit.”
Hizb operational spokesman also appealed people to “keep a close vigil on such persons who are trying to malign the image of outfit by using its name to threaten the locals.”
He said “people are well aware about such ploys of Indian agencies”, saying that “we appeal to the people not to pay heed over such kind of threatening posters as Hizb has no role in it.”
Hizb operational spokesman also paid tributes to the slain militants who were killed since past week.
He also expressed grief over the killing of a pregnant lady in Pulwama and said that “the enemy has been stooping low and that is the evidence of its failure.” (KNS)
