Protest at IUST after arrest of student.

The students of Islamic University of Science and Technology(IUST) Awantipora held a protest on Monday against the detention of their classmate.
Police during a nocturnal raid on Thursday late night had arrested Mechanical Engineering student Tasaduq Rashid and his father. The father-son are lodged at police station Awantipora.
Reports said that scores of a student at IUST assembled at the campus and demanded the immediate release of Tasaduq. The protesting students chanted anti-police and pro-freedom slogans.
The students warned that they will intensify their protest and will hit to roads in case Tasaduq who according to them is innocent is not released.
