Snatched rifle recovered,snatcher let off after counselling:Police
Efforts of police and community led to the recovery of a 12 bore which was forcibly taken by some miscreants today at 3 pm from a private guard from JK Bank Branch Pinjura Shopian.
On the basis of information developed by police boys involved were contacted through parents & senior citizens of the area.
The said gun was recovered though boys were let off after proper counselling.
Police acknowledges the community endeavour for recovery of the gun in less than six hours time.
